The Cadet Command Workshop (CCW): July 11 to 14
Sun Camp: July 14 to 21
Rites of Warriorship (ROW): July 21 to 23

ARRIVAL: CCW arrival is AFTER LUNCH July 11th; Sun Camp arrival is AFTER LUNCH July 14th. Please plan on having them at camp by 2pm.
DEPARTURE: Final Parade is at 12:30pm on July 21st. Parents are encouraged to attend the parade. Punctuality is expected.
ROW: Pickup for ROW is July 23rd around 5pm (or when the work is done!) PLEASE NOTE: Sun Camp and ROW are separate programs. There is approximately a FIVE HOUR GAP between the two programs, during which participants are not under the care of either the Sun Camp or ROW programs.

Family Camp: Making family plans for the summer? Family Camp is a separate, but complementary program available to families and children at Shambhala Mountain Center.

Our Online Application We made the switch to new registration software part way through the year last year. If you signed up through CampDoc last year, your account should be good for this one. If you didn’t create one last year, create a camp doc account and enjoy the ease of data retention from this point forward.

You will be able to:
– Automatically save your information from year to year.
– Automatically save your application at any point in the process, and come back to it later.
– Set up automatic payment plan options.
– Have the opportunity to buy into a very inexpensive insurance product to cover issues related to travel, cancelation, and medical emergencies during camp.

Health Form: It is still the case that we will need signatures from you and your physician on our health forms to accept anyone to camp. You can find these documents in the online application, as well as at link below. Once the documents are completed you can upload them to your online profile. This can be as easy as taking a picture with your phone and then choosing those pictures when uploading. If you can’t upload the completed documents you can send them to: smc@shambhalasun.org
