Although most of the staff and senior leadership of Sun Camp is now comprised of graduates of the camp, the opportunity to staff is open, by application, to anyone who is interested.

Staffing Sun Camp is an extension of the core principal of camp in general, which is taking care of one another. For staff, this takes on the weight of serious responsibility. Camp supervision and creating a safe, decent and cheerful environment are of the utmost importance to the Sun Camp leadership. Along with this comes the demand of practicing egolessness in order to transmit the genuine heart of warriorship that is Sun Camp’s real treasure.
