1 Registration – Registration is now open for Sun Camp 2024

Bring-a-friend discount – New for 2024. Most people learn about camp by word of mouth, and sharing camp with friends is the best. This year we are trying something new: if you bring a friend who has never been to camp, then you and your friend each get a $50 discount.

More details: If you bring 2 friends, you get $100 discount for bringing them, and each of them gets $50 discount. There is a maximum of 2 friends for your discount ($100 max for you), but if you want to bring 3 or more friends, we will still give each of them $50 discount. Even if you have never been to camp before, you could bring friends to your first camp and take advantage of this discount. There will be a question in the payment section of the registration form, asking you to enter the name(s) of the first time participant(s) you are referring. Please make sure your friend(s) know you are referring them, so they can put your name as the person who referred them. If two different people say they referred the same friend, we will have to reach out to get to the bottom of it. If you are a new participant referred by a friend through this promotion, there will be a question in the payment section of the registration form, asking you to enter the name of the person who referred you.

2 Payment – Payment should be sent via bank transfer addressed to “Shambhala Sun Summer Camp” using the email ddl@shambhalasuncamp.org — alternatively, payment by cheque can be mailed to Mara Toombs. Instructions are provided in the payment section of the registration form. If you need to arrange another method of payment, or have any other questions, please email us at DDL@shambhalasuncamp.org

3 Confirmation – We will process your registration shortly after you submit the registration form, and you will promptly receive an Acceptance letter. If at that point you have not already sent in your payment, please send it to us as soon as possible so we can confirm your spot. Thanks!

Arrival Details –

Sun Camp: Participants should arrive at 1pm. There will be no meal until dinner, so participants should eat lunch before arriving.

CCW: Participants should arrive  at 1pm. There will be no meal until dinner, so participants should eat lunch before arriving.

Departure Details Family and friends are warmly invited to the final parade on the last day of camp. Guests should arrive by 12:30pm and will be ushered into Sun Camp for a 1pm final parade. After the parade and a few pictures participants are dismissed by 2pm.
